Q: What type of products do you use and are they effective with killing germs?
A: Some brand names we use are; Ecover, Method, Shaklee, Mrs. Meyers, Biokleen and Seaside Naturals. These products are just as effective at killing germs as conventional cleaners but are much safer for your family and the environment. Our products are not tested on animals.

Q: What supplies do I need?
A: We arrive at your home or office equipped with our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment; however for sanitary reasons MaidOrganic requires that each client supply their own toilet bowl brush.

Q: What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
A: If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you can put away toys, personal items, and clutter.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you don’t cancel your appointment within 48 hours a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Q: Do I need to be home when you clean my home or office?
A: It’s your choice. Some of our customers remain at home while we perform our services while others leave us a key in a safe place at each visit.

Q: What should I do with my pets?
A: Most people have pets so we are used to working around them. If your pets tend to get anxious around strangers it would be best to keep them in an enclosed area during the first cleaning visit or until they become accustomed to the house cleaners.

Q: What if I am unsatisfied with my cleaning?
A: Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, please contact our office within 24 hours and we will re-clean any area that you are not happy with, of course free of charge.

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning service?
A: You may pay by cash or check. Payment is due in full on the day of service. Please make checks out to MaidOrganic.

Q: How will you enter my home on my scheduled day of cleaning?
A: This is up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. You can leave a key under a door mat or in the mail box the day of cleaning or you can give us the code to the garage.
