Q: What type of products do you use and are they effective with killing germs? 
A: We use our Maidorganic product line, and they have been clinically testing to kill germs such as Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger.

Q: What supplies do I need?
A: We arrive at your home or office equipped with our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment; however for sanitary reasons Maidorganic requires that each client supply their own toilet bowl brush.

Q: What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
A: If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you can put away toys, personal items, and clutter.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 
A: If you cancel your scheduled cleaning 24 hours preceding your cleaning, a cancellation fee will not be charged. If you cancel your scheduled cleaning anytime within 12 to 24 hours preceding your cleaning, unless stated otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the cleaning services will be charged. If you cancel, fail to cancel your scheduled cleaning anytime within the time our cleaning crew arrives to 12 hours preceding your cleaning, unless stated otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the cleaning services will be charged. If we are locked out of the home on day of scheduled cleaning due to client error, this will be considered a cancellation and will incur 100% of cost agreed upon.

A: Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Q: Do I need to be home when you clean my home or office?
